Fiercely dedicated to exceeding client expectations, Joy has a passion for developing customised processes to solve complex problems and translate market insights into actionable plans. She has led a range of strategic and tactical exercises to support product/portfolio planning, including: alternative futures analyses, competitive simulations, early Phase valuations, and launch preparation.

Joy lives in Toronto with her super-cool husband and amazing daughter. When she’s not at the park playing in the sand with her busy toddler, Joy can be found enjoying all the things her favourite city offers: music, art, and many, many fabulous restaurants. To unwind, she likes to be in the kitchen trying out new dishes, spending time with friends and family, or watching some great Canadian films.
