In-Person Training Courses

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern participation in the Forecasting Training Course (“the Course”), delivered by groupH Limited (“the Provider”).

1.2 By booking and attending the Course, participants agree to abide by these T&Cs.

1.3 These T&Cs are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Course bookings must be made via the Provider’s official website or authorised representative.

2.2 Full payment must be received prior to the start of the Course unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted payment methods.

2.4 A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from the Provider.

2.5 The Provider reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

2.6 Group bookings may be eligible for discounts; terms for such bookings will be agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 If a participant cancels their booking: a) More than 30 days before the Course start date – a full refund will be issued. b) Between 15 and 30 days before the Course start date – a 50% refund will be issued. c) Less than 15 days before the Course start date – no refund will be issued.

3.2 Cancellations must be made in writing via email to the Provider.

3.3 If the Provider cancels the Course, a full refund or alternative course date will be offered.

3.4 The Provider is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the participant (e.g., travel, accommodation, loss of earnings).

4. Transfers and Substitutions

4.1 Participants may transfer their booking to a future course date, subject to availability and written agreement from the Provider.

4.2 Substituting one participant for another is permitted, provided the Provider is notified at least 5 days before the Course start date.

5. Course Delivery

5.1 The Provider reserves the right to alter the Course content, schedule, and trainer without prior notice.

5.2 The Course will be delivered at the designated venue as specified in the booking confirmation.

5.3 Participants must comply with all venue policies, including health and safety regulations.

5.4 The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course structure to enhance the learning experience.

5.5 Course and briefing materials will be made available to participants after the Course.

6. Participant Conduct

6.1 Participants must behave professionally and respectfully toward trainers and fellow attendees.

6.2 The Provider reserves the right to remove any participant displaying disruptive, inappropriate, or unlawful behaviour without a refund.

6.3 Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during training sessions.

6.4 Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry at the discretion of the Provider.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All Course materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital resources, remain the intellectual property of the Provider.

7.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share Course materials without the Provider’s written consent.

7.3 Any unauthorised recording of the Course is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1 The Provider is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the Course, except where caused by the Provider’s negligence.

8.2 The Provider makes no guarantees regarding the application or outcomes of the training and is not liable for any business or financial decisions made based on the Course content.

9. Data Protection

9.1 Participant data will be collected and processed in accordance with the Provider’s Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws.

9.2 By enrolling in the Course, participants consent to the use of their personal data for administration and communication purposes.

9.3 The Provider will not share participant data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Attendance Certificate

10.1 Participants who successfully complete the Course will receive an official Certificate of Attendance.

10.2 The Certificate will be issued in the name provided at the time of registration and will not be reissued under different names after completion of the Course.

10.3 Certificates will be provided digitally or in printed form as determined by the Provider.

10.4 The Provider reserves the right to withhold the Certificate if a participant fails to meet the attendance and participation requirements.

11. Accessibility and Special Requirements

11.1 The Provider aims to accommodate participants with disabilities or special needs where possible.

11.2 Participants requiring adjustments must notify the Provider at least 10 days before the Course start date.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 The Provider shall not be liable for any failure to deliver the Course due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

13. Amendments

13.1 The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time.

Participants will be notified of significant changes where applicable.
