Emily Donnell is a consultant with a background in biotech law. Emily earned an LL.M. in Corporate Law at USC Gould School of Law, where she accumulated in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and compliance. She earned her LL.B. in Economic Criminal Investigation in Shanghai at the East China University of Political Science and Law and obtained the Chinese bar license. Emily started her career as a legal professional at the biotechnology firm FibroGen, where she developed experience managing both clinical-stage and commercial-stage contracts and contributed to a first-in-class drug launch in China, providing her experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and engaging effectively with a wide array of stakeholders.

Currently, Emily applies her experience in the biotech industry to her role as a consultant at groupH. She employs a methodical approach to challenging problems, offering thoughtful and practical solutions to her clients.

In her free time, Emily enjoys painting, reading, and hiking.
