Iain Clark MSc is a co-director of groupH. With 20 years experience, he blends deep commercial insight with broad therapeutic, market & corporate expertise, specialising in opportunity assessment and partnering projects.

A qualified pharmacist with a Masters degree in Clinical Pharmacy, Iain joined Wood Mackenzie in 1996 initially focused on preparing the company’s suite of pharmaceutical industry research products. He played a pivotal role in the development of the Life Sciences’ consulting practice at Wood Mackenzie and was Head of Commercial Assessment services.

Iain has developed particular expertise in the area of product, therapy area and market evaluation. These skills have been applied to product licensing assessments, commercial due diligence of pipeline and marketed products, life-cycle management strategy and opportunity assessments.

Away from his desk, Iain likes to play golf and spend time with the family.
